Shipping policy

Shipments are made with Correos or DHL. We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders are generally delivered to the transportation company within 48h after your order has been confirmed. Once delivered to the logistics operator, you will receive the order within a maximum period of 5 business days.

We only process orders on business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it has already been delivered to the carrier.

The shipping costs of the orders will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process and you will be informed of its cost before you make the payment.

“I did not receive my order, what can I do? ”

“What should I take into account when receiving my order?"
You must check the package very well and verify that the products are in perfect condition before signing for them. If the package has been damaged, do not sign the delivery note, if you sign without checking you will lose the right to file a complaint.

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact our Customer Service team: +34 674059562 / info@cesquis.com within 24 hours of delivery, where you must give clear and complete information, as well as photographic evidence of the package and of the damaged product; if you do not do this, the claim will not be accepted.
